Our table game layouts and/or Blackjack felts are the highest quality available and are all made of Synthetic Nylon. We can achieve full color graphics that do not fade.
These synthetic nylon layouts will out last anything on the market. You will also get superior card movement from this surface. We have experimented for years and we have found the perfect nap or cut on our fabric for the playing cards and especially for the poker table.
All of our special layout fabric is treated and then backed for added durability and superior dye penetration. Our printing process is done with an acid dye direct to fabric printing, we do not use a dye-sub transfer process like the other companies out there. Transfers will look good at first, but the ink will get worn off within a few months.
